Your written scope
The accepted quote/order defines pages, deliverables, fees, authorized third-party costs and applicable taxes. Standard packages are informational WordPress sites. We confirm suitability before beginning. Additional features require written approval and a separate price.
Content and revisions
You supply accurate text, photos and materials you have permission to use. One client contact consolidates feedback. Approve the design direction and completed website at major checkpoints. Two within-scope revision rounds are included. New directions after approval, extra pages and features are separately quoted.
Payments and scheduling
Normally 50% to book and 50% before launch, unless written milestones say otherwise. Work starts after required content, accepted scope and booking payment. Estimates depend on availability. Waiting for approvals extends delivery. After 14 days without needed feedback, we may pause and reschedule with written notice. No unapproved restart penalty applies.
Ownership and licenses
After full payment, you receive agreed custom deliverables and site access. WordPress, third-party plugins, fonts and assets keep their own licenses. Register your domain in your name. Hosting is optional; external outages and renewal fees are not controlled by us.
Care-plan limits
One approved WordPress site per plan. Unused time does not roll over. Support acknowledgment is within two business days, Monday–Saturday, not a repair deadline. No 24/7 response, malware cleanup, stores, email administration, custom application repair, redesign or new functions unless separately quoted. Additional work requires written approval.
Search and language
SEO is a technical foundation, not a guarantee of rankings, revenue or inquiries. Spanish is limited to agreed pages/word counts. Automated translation may contain errors; clients approve specialized wording. Future content and third-party checkout changes require separate scope.
Refusal and termination
We may decline proposed work for capacity, suitability, lawful content standards or inability to deliver, subject to applicable law. We may suspend/terminate for nonpayment, abusive conduct, unlawful use or material breach. Where practical, provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve; urgent security or unlawful-use risks may require immediate suspension. Ongoing care may end with 30 days’ notice and reasonable handoff. Refunds follow the cancellation policy. Nothing authorizes unlawful discrimination or waives mandatory rights.
Concerns
Contact us promptly to resolve concerns. The final agreement must name the legal parties and effective date. Obtain legal review for the final contract, including any governing-law, liability or dispute provisions.
