Information we collect
Forms collect your name, business, email or phone, project needs, package and optional details you enter. Do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use information to respond, prepare quotes, deliver agreed services, keep necessary records and reduce spam. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
Storage and providers
Inquiries are stored in WordPress and may be included in backups. Hosting providers process site data. An external payment provider handles any card payment under its own terms; we do not collect full card numbers in our forms. Name the actual host, payment and backup providers in the business details before launch.
Cookies, logs and forms
This version includes no advertising trackers or visitor analytics. WordPress uses necessary operational/admin cookies. The host may keep security logs. Forms temporarily keep entered details in session storage to help recover from errors; they clear after success or the browsing session ends. Spam rate limiting uses a short-lived keyed hash of the network address, not a raw IP stored in the inquiry. External sites have their own policies.
Retention and requests
Review unconverted inquiries for deletion after 12 months unless needed for active discussions or disputes. This is an owner-operated review, not automatic deletion. Keep transaction/client records as required by applicable law. Backups expire under provider schedules. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may verify identity and retain legally required records.
Security and changes
We use reasonable access and maintenance practices, but cannot promise absolute security. Update this notice before adding analytics or other providers. Complete the effective date and final privacy contact before public launch.
